Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Carolina Fine Snacks does not accept returns. This policy ensures the safety and quality of the food items we provide to all our customers.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at Sales@carolinafinesnacks.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right through a replacement or a refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items Because we sell perishable goods, all snack products are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds and Replacements If you experience a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your package. If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, it will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at Sales@carolinafinesnacks.com.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. However, as these are perishable food products, they must remain in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging to be eligible for any cancellation or refund.

Exchanges Since our products are perishable, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve the situation.
