Wicked Crisps founder and owner Phil Kosak earned a PhD from the University of Georgia in Food Science in 1980 with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion and determination to look beyond all things conventional in not only how food was produced by also by whom.  Within a year he left his secure job at a large manufacturer and started his journey, opening up Carolina Fine Snacks in a small rented warehouse space.  Today Phil is considered one of the world's leading authorities in nutritional process and food composition, having launched 100's of brands for companies all over the world.  More important to Phil, Carolina Fine Snacks is recognized around the world by business and world leaders for inclusive hiring practices that seem impossible to others.  You see, since the mid-1980's over half of Phil's crew have been persons with special needs.   After a lifetime of making snacks for others, Phil and his crew decided it was time to do something for themselves.  Wicked Crisps was born of dreams and determination to make things better.  Wicked Crisps is everything you wished a healthy snack would and should be that until now was considered impossible to achieve.  Wicked Crisps is truly A Story of Impossibilites!
